As a race season is now upon us, it’s time to update you on the prices of all the major sports tickets. The 2016-2017 NFL season kicked off last week, which means that sports fans will be glued to their TV sets for the next six months. Next, we have the NBA. Again, like the other two major sports, the prices of NBA tickets are pretty high. However, they are somewhat more affordable than those in the other two sports. For example, the lowest price for an NBA ticket in the NBA preseason is $10, according to Google Play. So, if you’re looking for a cheap date or just want to attend an exciting game, then the NBA might be a good option for you. But, otherwise, you might want to consider other sports options.
What About The NHL?
Moving on to the National Hockey League, we see that the cheapest game this year is the Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Pittsburgh Penguins on October 6th. The game will be played at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, and tickets will range from $15 to $42. The most expensive game of the year is the Stanley Cup Final, which is being played between the Nashville Predators and the Chicago Blackhawks. The average price of a NHL ticket will be about $26.
What About The Grand Prix?
Next, we have the Formula One Grand Prix, which is the premier racing event of the year. The races are being held in Sepang, Malaysia, this year, which is why you’ll see tickets for this race in particular. The cheapest seats at this year’s race cost about $280, and the most expensive ones went for about $13,000. The average price of a Grand Prix ticket is about $3,600.
As you might imagine, all of these prices are high. But, it’s not like there’s a shortage of fans at these games. Just look at how many people are going to the football games this season.
